Matthius MRICron is an opensource project that allows users to visualize and volume render medical images (MRI, CT, PET). It includes tools for lesion mapping, non parametric statistical analysis (npm), and conversion from the medical DICOM format to the scientific NIfTI format (dcm2nii). It is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
