Matthius The Delphi Encryption Compendium (DEC) is a cryptographic library for Delphi, C++ Builder and Free Pascal. It was originally developed by Hagen Reddmann, made compatible with Delphi 2009 by Arvid Winkelsdorf, and has now been ported to Free Pascal.
